Unfortunately, many error messages cannot be resolved without specialist knowledge and special tools.

Short circuit in the heating temperature sensor

Restart the machine to see if the error persists.

Make sure the ambient temperature is above 15°C as extreme cold may cause the error.

No water flow

Check that the water tank is inserted correctly.

Check whether the strainer on the water inlet is clogged.

Adjust the grinding level finer

Other problems
Here we address the most common problems and errors. In particular, the milk foam quality and the coffee extraction
milk foam quality
Only milk or only steam comes out when the coffee is drawn off. Milk foam collapses quickly .
Check that the coffee spout is correctly assembled.
Clean the coffee spout thoroughly with a suitable brush (available in our online shop)
Check that the milk line is correctly seated on the milk container & outlet
Descale your fully automatic coffee machine
Coffee runs into drip tray
